Rose Naumann

Owner, Speech Language Pathologist, Dyslexia Specialist

I received my education in speech language pathology from Truman State University. I later went to Mount Saint Joseph University to specialize in reading and dyslexia. Watching kids and young adults learn to communicate with their friends and family is incredibly fulfilling. It is exciting to see the progression of kids who struggle to read, learn to love to read and have language and literacy begin to click for them. When I am not working at Brain Fire Therapy I enjoy being with my family and friends, taking care of my dogs, being outside, going on walks, and reading.

Julie Honan

Speech Language Pathologist

I received my education in speech language pathology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am passionate about empowering individuals to communicate effectively and educating families to foster progress in speech and language development. I continuously seek to create inclusive, supportive environments where my clients can thrive. In addition to working as an SLP with Brain Fire Therapy, I work as an SLP at HETRA (Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy) where I provide equine-assisted therapy. Outside of work I cherish spending time with my family, riding my horse, spending time outside, and reading/listening to audiobooks.

Katie Wierzbicki

Administrative Assistant

I graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha and have a bachelor degree in Marketing. I LOVE working for Brain Fire, each week is different and I look forward to helping create lesson plans and all the other fun little projects Rose has for me! When I'm not at work for Brain Fire I'm spending time with my 12 year old son, 9 year old daughter and my husband of 18 years. I also love working out and teach 13 workout classes every week, that is actually how Rose and I met, many years ago!

We believe in a healthy work-life balance for our employees, offering flexible schedules, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
